Responsibilities
Lead the conception, development, and implementation of comprehensive marketing plans.
Spearhead the strategic and tactical execution of marketing campaigns.
Maintain and enhance a successful brand image among target audiences.
Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, strategies, and competitive landscape.
Analyze sales data to optimize future marketing activities.
Collaborate with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to make high-level decisions regarding budgeting and strategic direction.
Manage and mentor various members of the marketing department, including copywriters, graphic designers, and analysts.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure internal efficiencies and synergy.
Act as the primary liaison with marketing vendors.
Assist with additional duties as assigned.
