Responsibilities

Prepare project specifications

Prepare complete project documents, analysis, and reports

Analyze and interpret data

Perform analyses of design, planning, and impact studies

Perform cost analyses, design requirements, site selection, and limited design layouts

Design complete projects, systems, components, and/or processes

Perform quality control reviews and field reviews and observations of ongoing construction projects

Provide technical guidance and assign tasks to junior and support staff

Manage discipline and small multidisciplinary teams

Required

Have a degree in engineering from an ABET accredited program or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Be a professional engineer in good standing.

Be knowledgeable of applicable federal, state and local codes, criteria, regulations, and ordinances.

Be proficient in production software and construction document production.

Have a passion for formulating and solving problems with timely and innovative solutions.

Possess strong oral and written communication skills and have the ability to effectively interact with and build strong relationships with clients, customers, contractors, team members, and other key stakeholders.
