Responsibilities
Provide general support to the Office of Residential Life professional staff including scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and arranging meetings.
Maintain office operations by purchasing supplies, maintaining files, preparing correspondence, and sorting mail.
Act as a positive liaison for the department by answering phones, engaging with students, parents, and staff, and assisting with requests.
Maintain accurate occupancy records, collect fines/payments, and prepare deposit slips.
Provide support for special events and assist with training and supervision of office assistants.

Required
Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred; prior work in Residential Life or Higher Education preferred
Must be proficient with standard Microsoft Office applications and be conversant in all social media platforms.
Preferred
One to Two years of experience in higher education or related experience preferred
Experience with faith-based organizations is a plus.
