Responsibilities

Responsible for developing, deploying, and owning the portfolio management process and systems.

Maintain the portfolio, identify key project milestones, and report Key Performance Indicators/Metrics.

Collaborate with various teams and serve as a business lead in developing digital solutions for portfolio monitoring.

Continuous improvement of enterprise portfolio system for enhanced visibility and data-driven decisions.

Establish standard work for maintaining accurate project data and risk management.

Support commercialization and resource forecasting activities.

Improve business processes and maintain training programs related to portfolio management systems.

Comply with Company Global and regulatory requirements, execute cGMP, and drive a safe and compliant culture.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Required

Bachelor’s degree required; concentration in a scientific or applied discipline preferred

Minimum of five (5) years of experience in portfolio management or a related role required

Digital tool competency with OnePMO, MS Teams, Power BI, MSPO, Spotfire, Share Points and other related systems

Technical understanding of the DP and DS commercialization and life cycle management process

Demonstrated ability to create and analyze detailed, cross-functional project plans (including Gantt charting), and manage execution and change against those plans

Ability to identify and escalate portfolio risks

Project management certification (PMP) and/or formal coursework/training in project management strongly preferred

Cross-functional team management; successful at indirect management

Ability to succeed in a dynamic environment with flexibility to respond to changing priorities

Effective interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and networks; able to foster cooperation in others, using the diverse perspectives of others to generate ideas

Well-developed and effective team facilitation and leadership skills; ability to establish inclusive team environments
