Responsibilities

Execute QA testing to evaluate the API functionality, user experience, and design, and security of third-party applications

Work with Product Management, Engineering, GTM, and Partner Marketing teams to ensure high quality of integrations and mitigate launch blockers and dependencies

Document integration issues, assess severity of blockers, and communicate feedback and recommendations to external developers to improve their integrations

Manage concurrent projects with different timelines and priority needs

Required

Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical product and/or user testing

Have basic understanding of RESTful API design

A strong aptitude for learning new technologies

Experience working with cross-functional teams and external contractors in a technical organization

Experience working with Salesforce and JIRA tools
