Responsibilities
Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries, bank transactions, prepaid schedules, accruals, and reconciliations.
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, including cash, to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data.
Coordinate and support external audit documentation, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
Prepare and review all monthly managed fleet statements, including invoice preparation, invoice coding, collection and organization of expenses, and summarizing information in reporting system.
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and other regulatory reports as required.
Analyze and explain variances in financial performance against budget and prior periods, highlighting key trends and insights.
Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes, enhance controls and systems, and improve financial reporting efficiency.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
Entry level, 0-3 years’ experience in an accounting role.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Experience with NetSuite, Quickbooks or related large ERP systems a plus.
Proficiency using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office products.
Ability to meet deadlines.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Fluency in English required.
