Responsibilities

Applies critical thinking to evaluate information from multiple sources and determine necessary requirements to solve problems.

Translates requirements into product-specific designs, configurations, and detailed documentation for new development projects.

Facilitates requirements elicitation sessions with business and IT resources, ensuring consistency with best practices.

Understands core systems and applications, performs data analysis, and collaborates with technical teams for successful project delivery.

Required

5 years of experience planning, facilitating, eliciting, documenting, and managing business, functional and technical requirements.

2+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst, working with both single teams and enterprise-wide large scale operations

3 years of experience interfacing with implementation teams.

Proficient in eliciting business requirements, modeling/mapping as-is and to-be business processes (BPMN)

Bachelor’s degree or combination of experience, education and training may be accepted in lieu of degree
