Responsibilities

Provide support and services for software engineers migrating to the BSF cloud environment

Participate in the entire software development life cycle of the DevOps tool chain

Collaborate with Product owner to define and breakdown work

Write Configuration as Code (using Salt) to optimize and accelerate development efforts

Offer Bazel support, including extending for various RTOS and languages

Utilize automation to enhance the user experience

Provide support to disconnected on-premises environments

Required

Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science

5+ years of experience with modern software development methodologies

1+ years of experience with Configuration as Code

Experience with at least one cloud platform such as AWS, GCP, or Azure

Experience using Gitlab/GitHub/Bitbucket for version control, Artifactory for deployment, and Containerization including Docker

Experience working with common industry development tools such as Java, JavaScript (Angular, React JS), Cloud(PCF), CI/CD, Automated Test Suites

Experience on Automation and CI/CD techniques and design patterns

Experience developing software using an Agile framework
