Responsibilities
Supports the creation and implementation of multiple forms of strategic communication activities, programs, and content in support of global Quality projects guided by Quality priorities and overall business strategy.
Supports global transformation and change management projects.
Applies internal communications expertise and consulting skills to guide those who wish to engage global audiences; provides coaching to Quality business partners on effective internal communication planning and execution.
Manages internal website and Eloqua email sends, data collection to benchmark progress against communication goals, and internal social media.
Responsible for planning, storytelling, writing, and editing to persuade, educate and inspire internal audiences to change behavior or understand the work environment.
Maintains strong relationships with leaders and business partners and delivers communication consultation and support around high-priority Quality projects with broad impact to global audiences.
Partners with Quality colleagues and Communications colleagues on benchmarking, driving innovation, and communications operational excellence across the organization.
Contributes to and supports the maintenance of a Quality calendar and SharePoint site
Manages content distribution across multiple channels (e.g., Eloqua/email, Yammer, SharePoint).
Applies journalistic skills to lead discovery and sourcing meetings with leaders, cross-functional partners, and communications team members to inform communication strategies.
Creates dashboards, scorecards, and reports (maintains KPIs) for global Quality communications projects, assessing performance against objectives, and leveraging insights to drive continuous improvement and inform future strategies.
Oversees agency and contractors for Quality projects, as needed.
Basic design / creative skills (e.g., PPT, asset development).

Required
Bachelors degree required
University Degree and minimum of 10 years of relevant corporate communications experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant corporate communications experience
Solid business and organizational acumen
Project and change management expertise
Strategic communication planning and execution skills
Proven ability to collaborate and build trust at all levels of the organization
Efficiently managing multiple projects independently and in collaboration with leaders and cross-functional partners
Key Minneapolis, MN stakeholders working in a hybrid office environment

Preferred
Proven ability to manage large, moderately complex or undefined projects independently through effective information gathering (or research), analysis, planning and implementation
Deep experience writing and producing internal content, including leader messages, news articles, scripts, talking points, FAQs, video, and social media/Yammer posts, among others
Ability to cultivate and maintain effective relationships across a variety of functions and with all levels of management and employees
Trusted to operate with the highest levels of ethics and integrity, protecting confidential and sensitive information
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects with competing deadlines (project mgmt.)
Experience with multi-channel communications deployment
Eloqua and SharePoint experience a plus
Proficiency with Zoom and Microsoft Office 365 suite, including Teams and Yammer
Surgical/medical technology/medical device/healthcare industry experience
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field
Basic design / creative skills (e.g., PPT, asset development)
