Responsibilities
Manage workflow to meet deadlines and ensure accurate completion of work
Learn and utilize new programs as directed by management
Respond to inquiries and provide information
Handle incoming calls and perform receptionist duties
Perform accurate data entry for payroll, billing, and accounts receivables
Assist in new customer and project setup
Support daily operations

Required
Prior Administrative Assistant or Administrative work experience.
Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel)
Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
Exceptional communication skills
Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
Successful completion of a drug test and pre-employment background screening is required.
MVR checks are required for all driving positions.
