Responsibilities

Serve as a key collaborator between the Product and Marketing organizations.

Define the target audience, craft clear positioning statements, and articulate Etsy’s unique seller services strategy and value proposition for buyers and sellers.

Develop and align on-site and off-site marketing plans to communicate new features and experiences in collaboration with channel owners and the broader marketing team.

Set clear, measurable goals and track progress, making continuous recommendations for improvement.

Share work with peers and leadership for feedback and iteration.

Assume additional tasks beyond the listed responsibilities, as needed.

Required

5 years of marketing, brand, product marketing, and/or consulting experience, preferably at an e-commerce company or two-sided marketplace.

Strong understanding of and experience leading B2B marketing

Experience using data to inform strategies and tell a strong narrative

Experience collaborating with and influencing cross-functional teams while maintaining great relationships

Creative with a passion for solving complex problems

Experience distilling complex concepts into customer-facing messages

Track record of driving strong growth and results through marketing strategies and campaigns

Thrive in an independent, high energy environment where tasks, priorities, and projects change rapidly.
