Responsibilities

Work with business leaders and Developers on new ideas and coordinate releases.

Manage JIRA Ticketing system for tracking work and specifications.

Create and automate QA test cases, track bugs, and create training documentation.

Coordinate stakeholder requirements and communicate with Developers for new project requirements.

Required

Bachelors in Computer Science and 2 years experience or HS/GED and 6 years experience with issue/defect tracking and change management tools such as JIRA

Extensive knowledge in API/Web services-based infrastructure

Experience with JAVA and Selenium

Must be 18 years of age or older

Preferred

Strong verbal, presentation and written communication skills

Excellent interpersonal skills
