Responsibilities

Manage infrastructure projects in a matrix organization covering a range of functional areas in Silicon Engineering, Platform, Software, Hardware Systems, Sourcing & Operations, and vendors.
Drive and manage ASIC development and their subsystems with vendors, from concept to production.
Provide hands-on program management during all phases of silicon and firmware development from concept, design, development, fabrication, validation, qualification, and production release phases.
Drive internal process improvements across multiple teams and functions.
Work with the software, hardware, and architecture teams to understand the requirements and constraints.
Deliver ASIC solutions and high-quality system products while aligning with product management and Architecture team requirements.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Computer or Electrical Engineering or other technical field and an equivalent experience of 12+ years in the industry.
Demonstrable experience in ASIC development or management.
Experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

Preferred

Master’s degree in Computer Science and/or Electrical Engineering or other technical field and 8+ years of industry experience.
3+ years of experience in Program/Product management or Technical/Engineering management with proven leadership in delivering successful products.
Prior experience in managing ASIC design flow (architecture, micro-architecture, RTL, Synthesis, functional verification, physical layout etc.)
Experience in pre-silicon testing with Emulation, FPGA, and post-silicon validation.
