Responsibilities
Do a deep dive into data optics and analytics
Translate business questions into research plans, scope, and quote projects
Develop insights
Create and deploy surveys based on data
Collect, interpret, and analyze data
Consult and advise internal and external group based on finds
Conduct data analysis and create visually appealing reports or dashboards summarizing key conclusions and recommendations
Manage projects and ensure timelines and budgets are being adhered to
Be able to assess and address risks
Develop a QA plan
Be able to read and analyze data from external programs

Required
Background/understanding of data landscape preferable (prior experience in health, finance, and law fields a plus)
Ability to work in a team environment but be able to manage projects with minimal guidance
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
3-5 years research/analysis experience
Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
