Responsibilities
Develop and execute outreach programs to educate customers about the TruConnect program and provide personalized service recommendations
Assess customers for enrollment eligibility based on given criteria or requirements
Collect, analyze, and report data related to community needs, customer enrollments, and program effectiveness
Offer unmatched customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns related to enrollment
Work alongside the Brand Marketing Assistant team to create, review, and maintain enrollment documents
Promote our clients’ positive image in the community through effective communication and branding
Attend workshops held primarily for our Brand Marketing Assistants to ensure a comprehensive understanding of our client's services and goals

Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in a sales, marketing, branding, or customer-facing role is ideal
Has strong written and verbal communication skills to engage with clients, consumers, and team members in a professional manner
Proven ability to create meaningful relationships while interacting with customers
Passionate about making a difference both personally and professionally
Brings positive energy into the workplace and enjoys motivating others
