Responsibilities

Interact with co-workers, visitors, and staff in alignment with Jefferson's values.

Provide administrative support to the Dean including complex calendaring, meeting coordination, and travel logistics.

Support the Dean in his responsibilities as the Associate Provost of Applied Research.

Assist in coordinating meetings for the College Advancement Council and select College committees.

Manage the Dean's calendar, college-level support for course evaluations, and social media accounts for Kanbar College.

Support the Applied Research office with hiring/onboarding student workers and the Shared Governance Committee election process.

Required

High School Diploma required. A Bachelor’s degree preferred.

3-5 years’ experience in a higher education setting.
