Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to Controller
Ensuring accounting department runs efficiently
Help process documents and manage accounts
Accurately maintaining records
Support vendor relations
Reconcile accounting statements
Basic entries in QB
Review and respond to incoming emails and calls
Other general administrative duties as required

Required
1-2 years of experience and prior administrative assistant experience
Basic knowledge of bookkeeping procedures
Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks)
