Responsibilities
Maintain and monitor the executive’s calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meeting logistics.
Arrange travel, manage travel expense accounts, monitor department invoices, and process expense reports.
Prepare standard correspondence, reports, and presentations, including confidential and strategic materials.
Provide administrative support for onboarding/off-boarding activities and assist in event coordination.
Act as a delegate for executives and direct reports as needed for workday transactions.

Required
At least 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a highly professional, confidential, and fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Strong command of MS Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Strong administration and organization skills
Ability to manage calendar, travel arrangements, and expense reporting
Experience in invoice processing and report analysis
Critical thinking skills
