Responsibilities
Provide support to the branch in all administrative aspects.
Meet and greet clients, visitors, and agents in a professional and friendly manner.
Handle all incoming phone calls and forward them to the appropriate broker.
Perform data entry for multiple systems.
Monitor and update office records regularly.
Create advertising materials for publications as needed.
Maintain the office area to ensure cleanliness and a professional appearance.
Receive and distribute daily mail.

Required
Focused with willingness to learn new programs/systems is essential.
Self-starter who takes initiative with priority setting.
Ability to maintain a professional demeanor under various situations.
Must be able to multitask.
Reliability and Punctuality.
Excellent communication skills with friendly phone voice.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, Publisher. Canva experience helpful.
Preferred
Real estate experience and MLS experience are strongly preferred.
