Manage attendance and provide counseling as needed
Conduct daily shift check-ins and onsite orientations
Ensure safety compliance at all times
Deliver exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with all levels of management
Coach and motivate associates to enhance productivity on the sales floor
Manage employee recognition programs
Support onsite recruitment efforts for new associates
Perform various other administrative tasks as required
