Responsibilities

Develop policies that protect Amazon, our customers, and developers

Build escalation tools and handle policy escalations from developers, business development teams, PR, and other internal stakeholders

Prepare and deliver business reviews to executive leadership and business team regarding program/project progress and roadblocks

Define program and organization-wide metrics and ambitious goals

Partner and influence product and engineering teams to drive solutions that scale and accurately enforce our policies

Make balanced decisions content moderation questions

Develop policies and governance frameworks to identify and resolve escalation scenarios

Hire and develop a small team of policy program managers

Required

5+ years of program or project management experience

Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

Experience defining and executing program requirements

Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

Preferred

2+ years of driving process improvements experience

Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
