Required

3+ years of program or project management experience

Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization

Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

3+ years experience in instructional design and developing learning programs using multiple media, including working knowledge of eLearning and multimedia authoring tools (such as Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline), and LMS administration experience.

Preferred

Bachelor's degree, or Master's degree

Expertise in designing and developing adaptive learning experiences for global learning programs.

Industry certification in talent management, instructional design, performance improvement, or project management
