Responsibilities
Collaborate with Resource Development team to nurture donors, volunteers, and community stakeholders through engaging content
Coordinate e-newsletters, annual reports, and printed newsletters
Update and maintain the organization's website with new content
Design and produce various communication materials including social media content, direct mail pieces, and promotional materials
Develop and execute a social media strategy including crowdfunding campaigns
Produce video and podcast content, and design annual and impact reports
Coordinate with sponsors and community events for promotion
Thank grantors and donors on social media, and support agency events through public speaking and staffing tables

Required
Experience in fundraising and communications
Proficiency in written and spoken communication
Ability to create engaging social media, marketing, and advertising content
Experience in website management and content creation
Ability to coordinate and design various communication materials such as newsletters, reports, and promotional materials
Experience in event planning and execution
Ability to produce and edit video and podcast content
Experience in public speaking
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively with team members
Commitment to the mission of ending homelessness
Preferred
Experience in donor relations
Experience in coordinating sponsorships and events
Knowledge of crowdfunding campaigns
Experience in coordinating with print shops for materials
Experience in coordinating with Grants Director and Program Manager for social media content
