Responsibilities

Develop and execute a central Tableau CMO-aligned measurement strategy
Execute key analytics workstreams in support of multiple marketing and sales stakeholders
Develop custom reporting frameworks and data visualizations
Retrieve, analyze, and summarize data to provide measurement solutions
Work in a consultative fashion with business stakeholders
Define, design, and interpret new metrics to monitor performance
Develop solutions for unstructured problems
Present to executive-level stakeholders via data storytelling
Perform complex calculations and data visualizations using Tableau or similar tools
Write complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data

Required

Familiarity with marketing practices, critical metrics, and analytics
Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders
Comfortable taking the initiative to develop solutions for unstructured problems
Experience presenting to executive-level stakeholders via data storytelling using tools such as Google Slides or PowerPoint; excellent written and communication skills
Define, design, and interpret new metrics to monitor performance, evaluate resources, deliver actionable insights, and articulate success stories
Advanced analytics exploration skills and experience handling large sets of data within multiple systems to develop custom reports.
Highly proficient in Tableau or similar data visualization tools (ability to perform complex calculations, parameters, level of detail/LOD expressions, etc)
Highly proficient in Structured Query Language (SQL) skills: writing complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data
3-5 years of analytics experience
2-3 years of marketing experience (preferred: product marketing, field marketing, campaigns, events, customer relations/success, and sales operations)

Preferred

Marketing and/or Sales Strategy analytics experience
Enterprise (B2B) marketing experience
Structured Query Language (SQL)
Snowflake and Google BigQuery
Data Build Tool (DBT)
Salesforce experience and product knowledge
Salesforce and Tableau certifications
Google Analytics
