Responsibilities
Answering phone calls and greeting visitors
Filing and organizing student records
Processing student enrollment forms and updating student information as needed
Maintain Safety meeting logs, daily performance logs, attendance logs, vehicle maintenance logs along with job folders
Assisting Ed Center personnel with Administrative support as needed
Coordinate and/or assist staff with the planning and execution of events such as lunches, company events as well as to the start and finish of training sessions with graduation and any anniversary celebrations.
Light housekeeping around the Ed Center with lunches, break-room and essentials needed throughout
Maintain and upkeep with any supplies

Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Working knowledge of office devices and processes
Proven experience as office clerk or other clerical position
Excellent communication skills
License Required
