Responsibilities
Analyze and interpret complex recruiting and sourcing data to drive strategic decisions.
Consult with TA and HR leaders to tailor analytics solutions aligning with talent acquisition goals.
Lead efforts to harness data for informed decision-making and calculate ROI.
Apply quantitative and qualitative analysis to inform and influence business decisions.
Develop innovative TA analytics on top of the Labor Insights Platform.
Utilize technology for scalable solutions and exceptional candidate experience.
Project manage internal initiatives and maintain a positive FedEx brand ambassadorship.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree in an analytics focused field (people analytics, industrial-organizational psychology, data science, engineering, analytics consulting, etc.)
Five (5) years’ experience in people analytics, data analysis, or a similar role within an organizational context
Experience with talent acquisition data required
Strong analytical, quantitative, and PC software skills required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer orientation
Process and project management skills
Preferred
Proficiency in people analytics, talent acquisition analytics, recruiting data, data science, statistical analysis, data modeling, and data visualization
Ability to interpret complex data sets and derive meaningful insights to inform HR strategies
Expertise in data analytics tools and programming languages (e.g., Azure, Databricks, Python, R, SQL, etc.)
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) for creating compelling visual representations of data
Understanding of talent acquisition processes, practices, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Awareness of industry trends and emerging best practices in TA analytics
Ability to communicate complex analytical findings in a clear and concise manner to diverse audiences, including non-technical stakeholders
Familiarity with emerging HR technologies, such as Generative AI-driven tools, that can be implemented to have a business impact in talent acquisition
