Responsibilities
Execute purchase orders, route invoices, and place orders for IT infrastructure and application portfolios
Adhere to standard operating procedures and sourcing strategies
Collaborate with Procurement, Legal, Accounts Payable, and vendors to ensure smooth transactions
Track contracts, renewals, licenses, and budgets
Provide regular status reports to management
Assist with the management of the IT department's contract portfolio
Support the solicitation process for goods, services, and projects
Contribute to presentations, evaluation matrices, and write-ups
Participate in the evaluation of new vendors, products, and services
Collaborate with management to address vendor performance issues
Perform other related duties as assigned

Required
Four (4) years of experience in procurement
Two (2) years of experience supporting complex projects involving multiple stakeholders or departments
Two (2) years of experience working in an enterprise technology department
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university OR a high school diploma with a minimum of four (4) years of experience performing the duties outlined in the Minimum Qualifications
Preferred
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Knowledge of enterprise software and hardware licensing
Understanding of technology platforms, infrastructure, and application development
Proficiency with core technologies such as Oracle Fusion, ServiceNow, and Office 365
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Strong analytical skills, including the ability to develop statistical reports and reconcile records
Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships
Experience in the public sector
Experience identifying grant opportunities
Basic understanding of emerging technologies such as AI/ML and IoT
