Responsibilities
Assist with the assessment of regulatory reporting compliance risks and develop risk-based monitoring and testing plans.
Perform and document regulatory report reviews and end-to-end regulatory process testing.
Research relevant banking, regulation, reporting, and operational topics.
Deliver clear and actionable review results and process feedback in written and verbal communication.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality deliverables including risk assessment, testing, and review workpapers.
Advise on regulatory reporting requirement interpretation and control environment considerations.
Assist with regulatory exam preparation and related remediation efforts.
Contribute to broader Controllership Governance routines and initiatives focused on improving monitoring, testing, and reporting processes.
Operate with a risk-based, solution-oriented, and continuous improvement mindset.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA or CA preferred.
Strong knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements, processes, and regulator expectations.
Minimum seven years accounting experience in the banking or financial services industry
Minimum five years banking industry regulatory reporting experience.
