Responsibilities
As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you'll use your Cisco Networking Infrastructure expertise to provide technical support for the Atlas Air project.
Your day-to-day activities will involve troubleshooting network issues, configuring and maintaining network devices, monitoring network performance, and ensuring network security.
You should have expert proficiency in Cisco Networking Infrastructure and F5 LTM, as well as expert proficiency in F5 Load Balancing and Cisco Routing and Switching Operations.
Provide technical support for network issues and incidents.
Configure and maintain network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.
Ensure network security by implementing and maintaining appropriate security measures.
Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of network infrastructure.

Required
Minimum 4 years of Cisco Routing and Switching Operations
CCNA Security - Cisco Certified Network Associate Security
CCNP Routing and Switching - Cisco Certified Network Professional Routing and Switching
Bachelor degree
