Responsibilities

Design, develop, and optimize Artificial Intelligence (AI) prompts.

Take ownership of technical designs, code development, and component test execution to ensure they align with the functional specification.

Develop a comprehensive application and component strategy for one or more programs, encompassing both user experience and backend code.

Architect a robust development strategy for applications and components.

Apply expertise in relevant architecture frameworks to define and evaluate application architectures effectively.

Conduct thorough code reviews and offer valuable suggestions for fixes and enhancements.

Provide support for issue analysis and resolution during test phases, as well as production issues.

Required

Minimum of 3 years of experience working on LLM for business applications w/ strong understanding with fine tuning & prompt engineering.

Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated expertise in successfully designing and building custom applications, Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Pair Programming, and Test-Driven Development with the ability to author robust Unit, Integration, and Functional Tests, ensuring software quality at all stages of the development process.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Full Stack development with one or more programming languages and frameworks, such as Python, Javascript, Java, Spring or GoLang, showcasing a strong command over the technical foundations and mastery of one or more frontend frameworks, including HTML5, Angular, Node.JS or React, exhibiting a deep understanding of modern web development.

Minimum of 5 years of experience working with application services from at least one public cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc)

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Technical leadership and team management, preferably in AI-driven project environments.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
