Responsibilities

Design data models and develop data pipelines for efficient data processing and analysis

Develop ETL/ELT workflows, data ingestion processes, and data transformation activities using ADF pipelines and activities

Perform data quality checks, data validation, and data profiling to ensure data accuracy and integrity

Monitor and troubleshoot data integration and ADF solutions, identifying and resolving issues and bottlenecks

Collaborate with data architects and data leads to design and implement ADF solutions

Work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Quality Assurance, DevOps Team, and other dependent development teams

Document technical specifications, data flows, and solution designs to ensure effective knowledge transfer and maintainable solutions

Must have worked on File-based source and target examples like JSON, CSV, XML, etc.

Good at identifying source data discrepancies in source files and reporting it to the source team

Proficiency in Azure DevOps or GitHub and know how to use them for continuous integration, continuous delivery pipelines, and Git version control

Experience in using Infrastructure as Code (ARM/Bicep) and Git source control to provision and deploy cloud resources

Excellent problem-solving, debugging skills, and analytical skills to handle complex challenges and issues

Good in writing SQL for troubleshooting DDLs, Stored Procedures

Automation scripting skills with PowerShell and Azure CLI (Good to have)

Required

3 to 6 years of overall experience in Design develop and implement endtoend data integration solutions using Azure Data Factory ADF

Design data models and develop data pipelines for efficient data processing and analysis

Perform data quality checks data validation and data profiling to ensure data accuracy and integrity
