Responsibilities
Instill Safety as a top priority.
Manage and support a team of construction coworkers.
Build relationships and communicate with coworkers, owners, design partners, subcontractors.
Understand construction plans and documents.
Develop baseline and update CPM schedules.
Develop proposal schedules to support pursuit efforts.
Coordinate with project teams with the baseline CPM and CPM updates.
Resource/cost load CPM baseline when required.
Generate reports from the schedule.
Assist with contract administration including budget and change procedures.
Work together to resolve field problems and conflicts with subcontractors, suppliers, and workforce.

Preferred
Must have a positive attitude and possess excellent motivations skills 3 years’ experience in heavy civil construction.
Strong communication skills both written and oral.
Good attention to detail with the ability to recognize discrepancies.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
Desire to grow and develop career and mentor other coworkers.
Must have a valid Driver’s License.
Strong skills with Oracle Primavera, MS-Word, and MS-Excel.
Ability to comprehend construction drawings and to do quantity takeoffs.
Willingness to try and learn new computer software.
