Responsibilities

Define business and product strategy working jointly with product owners and leveraging Science techniques such as AI, Optimization and Causal Modeling.

Create and manage cross functional teams to deliver solutions that reduce effort and increase profitability of our Selling Partners.

Oversee development of backend solutions that are scalable, reusable, and modular.

Design and develop experiments to test hypothesis; define the appropriate metrics to measure results/ impact.

Lead strategic initiatives to employ the most recent advances in ML in a fast-paced, experimental environment.

Required

7+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/technical field such as computer science, engineering, statistics

Experience leading technical discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product

Experience working directly with Engineers and Scientists on product enhancements

Demonstrated ability to deliver with complete independence in situations where product strategy is not yet defined

Preferred

Strong relationships building skills; experience managing stakeholders and partners to drive cross functional programs

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with different functional groups, developers, business owners, and senior business leaders
