Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive communication strategy to effectively reach and engage with our target audience
Create and curate engaging content for our website, social media channels, newsletters, and other communication platforms
Manage and maintain our brand's identity and messaging consistency across all platforms
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated campaigns that drive brand awareness and client engagement
Monitor and analyze communication efforts to continually improve and optimize our approach
Act as a liaison between the company and our community, responding to inquiries, feedback, and comments with professionalism and empathy

Required
Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in communications, content creation, or social media management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time management skills
Part-time availability (20-25 hours per week)
