Responsibilities

Write various types of content for communication and marketing purposes, such as newsletters, website copy, and brochures.

Assist in developing and executing a communication strategy to support company objectives.

Create and deliver engaging email communications for different audiences, including newsletters and promotions.

Collaborate with Graphic Designer to develop digital and print collateral.

Analyze marketing analytics and prepare reports on campaign performance.

Stay updated on industry trends and suggest adjustments to communication strategies.

Manage social media accounts, review profiles, and respond to comments and messages.

Engage with press outlets, magazines, and influencers to enhance brand awareness.

Advise company leadership on enhancing public image and ensure promotional materials align with brand identity.

Required

2 or more years of relevant experience, required

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience) in Communications, Marketing, or another relevant field; Applicable backgrounds or majors: Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Advertising, Consumer Behavior

Superior time management and organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines

Must have a sharp eye for detail, copyediting skills, and a perfectionist’s drive to make every piece of communication look its best. Applicants with experience and aptitude for digital marketing will thrive in this role.

An analytical mind and the ability to think critically

Exceptional writing and interpersonal communication skills

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Strong background using computers; proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe Creative Suite, knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus

Knowledge of email marketing software such as HubSpot or a similar program

Proven knowledge of communications and marketing ethics and best practices
