Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with Stakeholder objectives, market dynamics, and industry trends.

Champion a culture of experimentation and optimization, implementing rigorous testing methodologies to enhance campaign effectiveness and ROI.

Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-impact content assets, including compelling copy, multimedia storytelling, and interactive experiences.

Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to Stakeholders, providing expert guidance, insights, and recommendations to drive business growth and competitive advantage.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

3-5 years of progressive experience in marketing strategy, digital marketing, or related roles.

Martech stack experience preferred: SEMRush, Wrike PM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Definitive Healthcare, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, WordPress, HubSpot, MailChimp, Google (Ads, Search Console, Business Profiles, GA4, Looker Studio, Tag Manager), Meta Business Suite (Facebook Ads/Organic, Instagram Ads/Organic).

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas, influence stakeholders, and build consensus across diverse audiences.
