Own and evolve our brand, visual design and taste, core usability, and workflow design

Define the product design process with Engineering and Product

Hire and manage a team of customer-oriented product designers

Required

You have 8+ years of experience in digital product design

Your portfolio includes a proven track record of shipping design work in web applications

You are an excellent visual and written communicator, able to clearly communicate your design work and the support for your design decisions (and past examples of influencing product ideas into production)

You have a track record of demonstrating an ability to go deep with user needs and personas

You have experience with advanced modern-day UX/UI tools (e.g. Figma, Sketch)

You understand systems thinking and component-based design patterns

You give and receive feedback well, supporting and improving the work of your colleagues as well as your own

You are passionate about collaboration and encourage diverse perspectives across your team to participate in your design process

You want to work in an iterative, high-growth collaborative environment
