Responsibilities

Manage assigned customers/concepts and handle last mile activities to ensure customer receives product timely and accurately; collaborate with internal teams to drive outcomes and influence customer interactions.
Utilize CRM tool for account management, manage tasks, communicate across selling team, and ensure customer data accuracy.
Build and maintain customer relationships, conduct in-person visits based on customer needs and contracts.
Have challenging conversations with internal and external stakeholders, escalate issues appropriately.
Liaise with local contract sales organization, implement best practices, act as a role model.
Continuously learn existing and new Sysco technologies, demonstrate working knowledge of Sysco customers.
Provide top-notch customer service to multiple customers simultaneously, thrive in a fast-paced and changing work environment.

Required

High school diploma
3+ years prior outside foodservice account management or B2B sales experience
Valid driver's license with a driving record that meets Company insurability standards
Knowledge of Sysco Products, ordering procedures and credit terms
Proficient with customer service management and able to partner cross-functionally
Ability to manage end to end initiatives through challenging deadlines
Excellent organizational and project management skills, including the ability to provide top-notch customer service to multiple customers simultaneously
Able to thrive in a fast-paced and changing work environment
Expert in Microsoft Office
Continuously learn existing and new Sysco technologies

Preferred

Bachelors degree
5+ years prior foodservice account management, B2B sales experience within restaurant, GPO background
