Responsibilities
Data entry
Entering purchase orders, sales orders, etc. into software
Basic bookkeeping
Scanning and filing paperwork
Answering and making phone calls, taking orders over the phone
Responding to emails
Offering water, tea, etc. to visiting clients or the President.
General office related work

Required
Basic knowledge of computers
Ability to learn quickly and handle multiple tasks
Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn
Responsibility and punctuality
Good communication skills
Preferred
Knowledge of ERP systems such as Sage or Quickbooks is a plus but not required (we provide training)
Prior office experience is also a plus but not required.
