Required
Comfortable with technology
Experience in Calendar Management and managing schedules for senior executives.
Ability to handle Correspondence efficiently and maintain confidentiality.
Familiarity with C-Suite level functions and tasks.
Strong skills in preparing and managing Documentation.
Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Ability to adapt to changing work environments and schedules.
Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making.
Preferred
Experience in a similar role as an Executive Assistant would be a plus.
