Responsibilities
Troubleshooting and closing tickets for change requests on marketing sites; communicating resolution details across the team.
Creating, editing, and maintaining web pages and product pages.
Building, testing, and documenting standardized market research programs.
Developing a deep understanding of platforms like Qualtrics, Hybris, Khoros, and Vault.
Performing data entry for tracking customer engagement.
Updating and maintaining the Macmillan Community, including content auditing and moderation.
Supporting the team with administrative tasks and department-wide initiatives.
Assisting performance marketers with dashboard building and reporting.
Supporting product load by entering marketing content for new titles.

Required
BA or BS in English, Communications, Marketing, Business or other related field.
Knowledge of Google for Work (Slides, Sheets, Docs, Drive).
Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively across departments and teams.
Ability to multitask, prioritize projects and deadlines, and manage a number of ongoing tasks simultaneously.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Team oriented with a positive can-do attitude; takes initiative to support new projects/tasks and learn new skills.
Comfortable learning new technologies.
Keen interest in web maintenance and/or market research.
Preferred
Basic HTML knowledge preferred.
Knowledge of content management systems and survey tools a plus.
Familiarity with project management tools, such as Asana and JIRA, a plus.
