Responsibilities
Develop a strategy and prioritize a roadmap for content management tools.
Use data insights and stakeholder intelligence to drive product plans.
Collaborate with product leads, designers, and engineers for successful product delivery.
Produce high-quality requirements and strategies while meeting deadlines.
Lead and mentor others, providing strategic direction and inspiration.
Establish multi-territory and multi-tenant strategies for publishing at scale.
Lead buy vs. build analyses in partnership with technology counterparts.
Build and maintain training programs for content authors and managers.

Required
Experienced product leader with a proven track-record of end-to-end ownership and delivery of technical products, particularly in leading digital strategies for publishing/content management tools at a global scale
Experience leading teams of Product Managers, setting goals, and coaching team members
Ability to navigate multi-layered, matrixed organizations through effective communication, attention to detail, systems thinking, and relationship building
High standards, operational knowledge, and expertise in digital product development and e-commerce
Established set of product development best practices and methods to define product vision and requirements
Experience using OKRs and/or KPIs to define team goals and provide guidance
Strong communicator with the ability to articulate viewpoints, engage in fact-based discourse, collaborate, compromise, and bridge gaps
Resilient, focused, and driven with the ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative, and collaborative environment
Robust prioritization skills to work on multiple tracks and pivot between projects
Technical acumen to recommend and execute high-caliber products while collaborating closely with engineering leaders
Proven experience developing content management tools (homegrown or acquired)
Minimum 7 years driving a product roadmap of publishing capabilities, with a focus on strategizing, testing, developing, delivering, and scaling, preferably in a commerce-driven organization
Minimum 7 years working with engineers, writing requirements/use cases, and directing priorities
Minimum 2 years of experience leading product management teams; 4 years preferred
Exemplary understanding of systems design, technical architecture, and scalable product development
Experience working in an agile software development environment
Preferred
MS in business, technical field, or equivalent work experience
Readiness to share a presentation of publishing tool case study
