Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions.
Translate complex concepts into user-friendly and intuitive designs.
Create and maintain comprehensive design documentation.
Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure seamless implementation of user interface designs.

Required
Must have experience in Banking/Financial Services
Experience leading a UX team
Proven experience as a UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and deliverables.
Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Creative Suite.
Familiarity with MSFT 360 for document management and day-to-day project management.
Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
