Responsibilities

Drive analytical insights, monitor performance against goals, and run business reviews to provide transparency across the executive team.

Identify, evaluate, and help prioritize new growth opportunities, evaluate competitive landscape, and develop strategies to address evolutions.

Run large, complex cross-functional projects, support functional operational projects, identify potential targets for acquisition, and acquire & integrate startups that service the mission.

Required

BA/BS or MBA from accredited university

3+ years of work experience required; minimum of 2 years at a management consulting firm required

Lead and influence across multiple levels (incl. C-suite / VP level executives) and multiple functions of an organization, as well as being a trusted advisor to leadership

Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills

Previous experience managing complex projects with many stakeholders

Ability to track and execute multiple simultaneous projects

Proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment

High emotional intelligence

Openness and responsiveness to feedback

Desire to succeed in a demanding, innovative, and entrepreneurial environment: a highly proactive self-starter
