Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and provide extensive job progress reporting through continued monitoring of job status
Update local leadership with new projects, schedule issues, and client concerns
Manage client needs and concerns through on/offsite meetings
Assist with sales forecasting
Communicate and train internal departments on customer procedures and expected deliverables

Required
Track record of completing work with a high level of quality
Knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy a hands-on approach to work
Extensive experience tracking and monitoring construction projects
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel, and ability to learn custom software
Excellent verbal, written, phone, and interpersonal skills
Enjoy working in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment
Excellent multitasking skills and ability to quickly transition between projects
