Responsibilities

Act as the primary Issue Management point of contact for Customer Information (CI) owned Issues

Partner with Consumer Data and Artificial Intelligence Issue Management Lead (IML) and stakeholders as needed to ensure adherence to Issue Management timelines and expectations

Lead the strategy and delivery of solutions of highly complex and unique challenges requiring full understanding of impacts and comprehensive stakeholder engagement

Deliver solutions that are long-term, large scale and require planning and progression, effective communication, and ongoing risk assessment

Act as a Control Owner Delegate for CI-Owned controls

Partner with CI SMEs, Business Control Management, and CDAI Issue Management Lead, to assess controls for gaps or deficiencies

Design effective controls or improve existing controls where a gap is identified

Partner with BCM to ensure all CI-owned Controls adhere to Internal Control Policy requirements

Understand control procedure requirements and ensure control procedures and reporting requirements are executed and evidenced in a timely manner

Track & communicate control performance and facilitate root cause analysis where a threshold breach is detected

Required

7+ years of Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
