Responsibilities
Serve as the single point of contact and primary technical subject matter resource for managing and tracking project documentation.
Work with business and technology stakeholder organizations and engineering to perform document compliance support, support requirements development, solution development, build, implementation, change management, and report writing.

Required
Bachelor's degree in business administration, information management, business systems, computer science (or a directly-related technical discipline) is preferred.
8 years of experience is required with an applicable Bachelor's degree.
10 years of experience is required with an applicable Associate's degree.
12 years of experience is required without a degree or applicable degree.
Experience should be consistent with the specific requirements of business analysis and progressively more technical in nature.
Ability to read, understand, and apply complex Information Protection document marking policies and procedures. (such as federal document marking requirements).
Advanced knowledge of Visio and/or other flowchart tools sufficient to create complex process, workflow, hierarchal, and swim lane documentation.
Proven experience documenting processes.
Proficient in the use of ProjectWise and Procore.
Demonstrated high level of proficiency in writing technical reports.
Experience using SharePoint, sufficient to manage documents, develop content, create lists, links, and libraries, assist with site and/or folder permissions, etc.
High level of proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
