Responsibilities
Creates, revises, and maintains floorplans and planograms for multiple stores and categories.
Communicates with and supports stores regarding merchandising initiatives and policies.
Ensures accuracy of floorplans and planograms for executable plans at store level.
Generates and analyzes reporting to enhance space and assortment decisions.
Participates in merchandise updates and store resets to meet company objectives.
Increases sales margin per sq. ft. through rigorous analysis and space management tools.
Contributes to continuous improvements for space management tools and processes.
Collaborates with peers to ensure consistency of information and share best practices.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree or a High School Diploma/GED and at least 3 years of experience in two or more of the following: space management, category management, visual merchandising, retail, procurement/purchasing, vendor relations, or retail marketing.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Capacity to learn multiple computer systems and web based applications.
Ability to meet deadlines, multi-task and shift priorities when experiencing changes in direction; must be able to adapt to new assignments, processes or requirements.
Capability to build collaborative relationships and trust with others, and effectively contribute to a team.
Must possess a drive for producing quality work, and proactively explore opportunities to ensure efficiency and excellence through enhancements to processes or systems.
Strong analytical skill with the ability to identify and understand issues and opportunities, using effective approaches for problem solving.
Preferred
JDA Category Management Suite preferred (Space Planning & Floor Planning, CKB, Space Automation)
