Responsibilities
Run ABA programs
Develop new programs and adjust current programs as needed
Provide field supervision to behavior technicians
Support staff in meeting productivity requirements
Assist in writing performance evaluations for Behavior Technicians
Produce progress reports and treatment plans
Attend staff meetings, trainings, and other meetings as requested
Lead by example
Perform other duties as assigned

Required
Master’s degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, Applied Behavioral Analysis, or related program, required
3+ years of experience working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis
At least one year of experience providing clinical program management (under the supervision of a BCBA)
At least one year of experience working with various software solutions for data collection, programming and report-writing tasks
Must pass a criminal background check, TB test, Pre-employment Physical Exam, and have or receive immunities to MMR/ VZV during our onboarding, which we will pay for
Preferred
Enrolled in a BCBA program and/or obtaining hours towards certification
