Responsibilities

Provide financial analysis and support for capital projects led by the Facilities Division’s Studio Design and Construction Team.

Utilize proficiency in SAP G/L, SAP BPC/Business Warehouse, and advanced Excel skills for financial analysis.

Collaborate with the team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Required

2+ years of financial analysis experience

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting field

Proficiency in SAP G/L, SAP BPC/Business Warehouse comparable accounting system

Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, charting, financial formulae)

Preferred

Capital Project accounting and analysis experience

Self-motivated team player

Able to perform in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

Excellent organizational and analytical skills

Strong interpersonal skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously

Strong customer service and solution-focused orientation

Experience with Hyperion Essbase or comparable accounting or reporting system
